What is the typical processing time for orders?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

What is your return policy for blank items?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment queue. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of purchase to request any changes or cancellations.
Do you ship internationally?

Are your products suitable for sublimation or HTV?
Most of our blanks are specifically selected for customization. Please check the individual product descriptions for compatibility with sublimation, Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV), or embroidery.
