At Blanks By Rhinestone Empire, we strive for perfection in every order, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Items in original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unwashed and unaltered blanks in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
